| AUSTRALIA, NSW COAST 11:00 AM LOCAL TIME-(27-12-2003) The leading yachts of the Rolex Sydney Hobart are sailing into a freshening 25 knot southerly winds as the group of three line honours leaders passed Eden at around 9:30 this morning.
Zana’s sailing master Peter Sutton has told the Rolex Media Centre that spray is coming over the big boats deck and he is hoping the wind will continue to build. “Unfortunately we can see Skandia just ahead of us,” he said, “As the wind freshens, as we expect, hopefully we can make a move on them.”
